How Our Plans Are Priced: (Honestly)
All of our plans are priced on a full basement unless otherwise noted. We build our pricing to be generous and straightforward—what we call “standard” is what many builders would label as their level 3 or 4 upgrades.
Our goal is simple: no bait-and-switch. Too often, builders show you a beautiful picture and an attractive price, only for the cost to double once you add the finishes that actually make the home look like the picture. We’d rather be upfront. Our homes include features like all-plywood, custom-built cabinetry, mid-level granite countertops, and generous allowances for front doors, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. That means you choose the things that make your home yours, without being forced into bland, “builder-basic” options.
And to be clear—we’d rather our prices scare you away up front than waste both of our time trying to sell you something that won’t fit your budget. If you love the plan but need to scale back, we’ll work with you to do that honestly. But you’ll always know exactly what you’re starting with.
